WASHINGTON, Feb. 3 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a notice called: Notice of Availability of the Final Environmental Impact Statement and Record of Decision for SpaceX Starship-Super Heavy Vehicle at Launch Complex 39A at Kennedy Space Center in Merritt Island, Florida.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 3 by Stacey Molinich Zee, Manager, Operations Support Branch.
