WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a notice called: Notice of Availability of Revision C to FAA Order 8100.15 Regarding Organization Designation Authorization (ODA) Procedures.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 21 by Scott A. Geddie, Manager, AVS-64, Policy and Oversight Integration Section, AVS ODA Office.
Summary: Revision C to FAA Order 8100.15 incorporates new FAA policy to address certain provisions of the Aircraft Certification, Safety, and Accountability Act of 2020 (the Act). This Order also introduces the Airmen Certification (AC) ODA type, reorganizes the existing content, and applies a systems-based approach to oversight, among other changes.
