WASHINGTON, Nov. 12 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a notice called: Emergency Order Establishing Operating Limitations on the Use of Navigable Airspace.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 12 by William McKenna, Chief Counsel, Federal Aviation Administration.

Summary: This Order reduces or temporarily prohibits certain operations in the navigable airspace to ensure the safety of aircraft and the efficiency of the National Airspace System (NAS).
