FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (AIP) GRANT ASSURANCES

WASHINGTON, April 25 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a notice called: Airport Improvement Program (AIP) Grant Assurances.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 25 by David F. Cushing, Manager, Airports Financial Assistance Division.

Summary: The FAA proposes updates to the AIP grant assurances to reflect recent legislative provisions in the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024 as well as recently issued executive orders.
