WASHINGTON, June 10 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities: Request for Comments; Clearance of a New Approval of Information Collection: Pilot Medical Disclosure Decision Making Model for Safety Risk Assessment Survey.
