FARM SERVICE AGENCY ISSUES RULE: EMERGENCY LIVESTOCK RELIEF PROGRAM (ELRP) 2023 AND 2024 FLOOD AND WILDFIRE (FW); APPROVAL OF INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUEST

WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 -- Farm Service Agency has issued a rule called: Emergency Livestock Relief Program (ELRP) 2023 and 2024 Flood and Wildfire (FW); Approval of Information Collection Request.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 26 by William Beam, Administrator, Farm Service Agency.

Summary: The final rule entitled Emergency Livestock Relief Program (ELRP) 2023 and 2024 Flood and Wildfire (FW) was published on September 15, 2025. The Office of Management and Budget cleared the associated information collection requirements (ICR) on September 12, 2025. This document announces approval of the ICR.
