FARM CREDIT ADMINISTRATION ISSUES RULE: ORGANIZATION, LOAN POLICIES AND OPERATIONS, DISCLOSURE TO SHAREHOLDERS, NONDISCRIMINATION IN LENDING, CAPITAL ADEQUACY OF SYSTEM INSTITUTIONS, DISCLOSURE TO INVESTORS

WASHINGTON, Jan. 26 -- Farm Credit Administration has issued a rule called: Organization, Loan Policies and Operations, Disclosure to Shareholders, Nondiscrimination in Lending, Capital Adequacy of System Institutions, Disclosure to Investors.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 26 by Ashley Waldron, Secretary to the Board, Farm Credit Administration.

Summary: The Farm Credit Administration (FCA, Agency, or we) is issuing a final rule correcting citations and making other technical updates and corrections throughout its regulations.
