EXPORT-IMPORT BANK ISSUES NOTICE: ADOPTION OF CATEGORICAL EXCLUSIONS FROM THE TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY UNDER THE NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ACT

WASHINGTON, May 21 -- Export-import Bank has issued a notice called: Adoption of Categorical Exclusions from the Tennessee Valley Authority Under the National Environmental Policy Act.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 21 by Scott Condren, Vice President, Policy Analysis.
