WASHINGTON, Dec. 30 -- Executive Office for Immigration Review has issued a rule called: Security Bars and Processing; Confirmation of Effective Date; Partial Withdrawal.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 30 by Kristi Noem, Secretary of Homeland Security.
