WASHINGTON, April 14 -- Executive Office for Immigration Review has issued a rule called: Reducing the Size of the Board of Immigration Appeals.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 14 by Pamela Bondi, Attorney General.

Summary: This interim final rule ("IFR") amends the Department of Justice ("Department") regulations relating to the organization of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("Board" or "BIA") by reducing the Board to 15 members.
