ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ISSUES RULE: TIAFENACIL; PESTICIDE TOLERANCES

WASHINGTON, April 7 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Tiafenacil; Pesticide Tolerances.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 7 by Charles Smith, Director, Registration Division, Office of Pesticide Programs.

Summary: This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of tiafenacil in or on multiple commodities. ISK Biosciences Corporation requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
