WASHINGTON, Nov. 14 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Texas Underground Injection Control (UIC) Program; Class VI Primacy Application.

Summary: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving an application from the State of Texas (the State) that requests primary enforcement responsibility (primacy) for Class VI injection wells under the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) section 1422.
