WASHINGTON, June 13 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Significant New Use Rules on Certain Chemical Substances (23-3.5e).

The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 13 by Mary Elissa Reaves, Director, Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics.

Summary: EPA is issuing significant new use rules (SNURs) under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) for certain chemical substances that were the subject of premanufacture notices (PMNs) and are also subject to an Order issued by EPA pursuant to TSCA.
