WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Rice Bran Wax in Pesticide Formulations; Exemption From the Requirement for a Tolerance.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 13 by Charles Smith, Director, Registration Division, Office of Pesticide Programs.

Summary: This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of rice bran wax (CAS Reg.
