WASHINGTON, Feb. 20 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Pydiflumetofen; Pesticide Tolerances.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 20 by Charles Smith, Director, Registration Division, Office of Pesticide Programs.
Summary: This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of pydiflumetofen in or on coffee, green bean and dragon fruit. Syngenta Crop Protection, LLC, requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
