WASHINGTON, March 27 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Pseudomonas Oryzihabitans Strain SYM23945; Exemption From the Requirement of a Tolerance.

Summary: This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of Pseudomonas oryzihabitansstrain SYM23945 in or on all food commodities when used in accordance with label directions and good agricultural practices.
