ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ISSUES RULE: PRIESTIA MEGATERIUM STRAIN SYM36613; EXEMPTION FROM THE REQUIREMENT OF A TOLERANCE

WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Priestia Megaterium Strain SYM36613; Exemption From the Requirement of a Tolerance.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 31 by Edward Messina, Director, Office of Pesticide Programs.

Summary: This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of Priestia megateriumstrain SYM36613, formerly Bacillus aryabhattaistrain SYM36613 ( P. megateriumstrain SYM36613) in or on all food commodities when used in accordance with label directions and good agricultural practices.
