WASHINGTON, June 24 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Pepino Mosaic Virus, Strain LP, Isolate VX1 and Pepino Mosaic Virus, Strain CH2, Isolate VC1; Exemptions From the Requirement of a Tolerance.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 24 by Edward Messina, Director, Office of Pesticide Programs.

Summary: This regulation establishes exemptions from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of Pepino mosaic virus, strain LP, isolate VX1 and Pepino mosaic virus, strain CH2, isolate VC1 in or on all food commodities when used in accordance with label directions and good agricultural practices.
