ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ISSUES RULE: OXIRANE, METHYL-, POLYMER WITH OXIRANE, MONOBUTYL ETHER AND OXIRANE, 2-METHYL, POLYMER WITH OXIRANE, MONOMETHYL ETHER IN PESTICIDE FORMULATIONS; EXEMPTION FROM THE REQUIREMENT FOR A TOLERANCE

WASHINGTON, Nov. 17 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Oxirane, Methyl-, Polymer With Oxirane, Monobutyl Ether and Oxirane, 2-Methyl, Polymer With Oxirane, Monomethyl Ether in Pesticide Formulations; Exemption From the Requirement for a Tolerance.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 17 by Charles Smith, Director, Registration Division, Office of Pesticide Programs.
