WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: New Source Performance Standards Review for Stationary Combustion Turbines and Stationary Gas Turbines.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 15 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.

Summary: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA, or Agency) is finalizing amendments to the new source performance standards (NSPS) for stationary combustion turbines and stationary gas turbines pursuant to a review required by the Clean Air Act (CAA).
