WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: New Source Performance Standards and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants; Delegation of Authority to Louisiana.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 18 by James McDonald, Director, Air and Radiation Division, Region 6.
