WASHINGTON, April 15 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Modification to 2022 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Construction General Permit (CGP) for Stormwater Discharges From Construction Activities.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 15 by Mark Sanborn, Regional Administrator, EPA Region 1.
