WASHINGTON, March 20 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Hazardous and Solid Waste Management System: Disposal of Coal Combustion Residuals From Electric Utilities; Legacy CCR Surface Impoundments; Correction; Withdrawal of Direct Final Rule.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 20 by Barry N. Breen, Principal Deputy Assistant Administrator, Office of Land Emergency Management.
