The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 11 by Abigale Tardif, Principal Deputy Assistant Administrator, Office of Air and Radiation.
Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is correcting a final rule that appeared in the Federal Registeron January 15, 2025.
