WASHINGTON, May 29 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Florylpicoxamid; Pesticide Tolerances.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 29 by Edward Messina, Office Director, Office of Pesticide Programs.

Summary: This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of florylpicoxamid in or on multiple commodities which are identified and discussed later in this document. Corteva Agriscience, LLC requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
