WASHINGTON, July 31 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Extension of Deadlines in Standards of Performance for New, Reconstructed, and Modified Sources and Emissions Guidelines for Existing Sources: Oil and Natural Gas Sector Climate Review Final Rule.
