WASHINGTON, Feb. 25 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Beauveria Bassiana Strain BW149; Exemption From the Requirement of a Tolerance.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 25 by Edward Messina, Director, Office of Pesticide Programs.

Summary: This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of Beauveria bassianastrain BW149 in or on all food commodities when used in accordance with label directions and good agricultural practices.
