ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ISSUES RULE: ASFBIOF01-02 POLYPEPTIDE; EXEMPTION FROM THE REQUIREMENT OF A PESTICIDE TOLERANCE

WASHINGTON, Oct. 30 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: ASFBIOF01-02 Polypeptide; Exemption From the Requirement of a Pesticide Tolerance.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 30 by Edward Messina, Director, Office of Pesticide Programs.

Summary: This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of ASFBIOF01-02 polypeptide in or on all food and feed commodities if used according to the label and good agricultural practices.
