WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Arkansas: Incorporation by Reference of Approved State Hazardous Waste Management Program.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 18 by Walter Mason, Regional Administrator, Region 6.
Summary: This rule codifies in the regulations the prior approval of Arkansas' hazardous waste management program and incorporates by reference authorized provisions of the State's statutes and regulations.
