WASHINGTON, Aug. 19 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Approval of Replacement Waste Panels 11 and 12 at the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 19 by Abigale Tardif, Principal Deputy Assistant Administrator, Office of Air and Radiation.
