WASHINGTON, Sept. 5 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Approval of Air Quality Implementation Plans; California; Regional Haze State Implementation Plan for the Second Implementation Period.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 5 by Joshua F.W. Cook, Regional Administrator, Region IX.
