WASHINGTON, Sept. 5 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; West Virginia; Revision to the State Operating Permits Program Under Title V of the Clean Air Act To Revise 45 Code of State Rules 33; Acid Rain Provisions and Permits.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 5 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.
