WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; West Virginia; 2024 Amendments to West Virginia's Ambient Air Quality Standards.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 25 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.
Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a state implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of West Virginia.
