WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Vermont; Regional Haze State Implementation Plan for the Second Implementation Period.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 18 by Mark Sanborn, Regional Administrator, EPA Region 1.
