WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; State of Kansas; Attainment Redesignation for 2008 Lead NAAQS and Associated Maintenance Plan.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 18 by James Macy, Regional Administrator, Region 7.
