WASHINGTON, Jan. 29 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Pennsylvania; Motor Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Program Certification for Moderate Nonattainment Under the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 29 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.
