The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 16 by Cheryl Newton, Acting Regional Administrator, Region 5.
Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving, under the Clean Air Act (CAA), the second 10-year maintenance plan submitted to EPA on November 7, 2024, by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA) for the Ohio portion of the Campbell-Clermont Counties, Kentucky-Ohio maintenance area.
