WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Ohio; Second Maintenance Plan for 2008 Ozone NAAQS.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 12 by Cheryl L. Newton, Acting Regional Administrator, Region 5.
