Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving revisions to Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) Chapters 3745-21 and 3745-110 into the Ohio State Implementation Plan (SIP). The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency ("Ohio" or "Ohio EPA") submitted these revisions on March 30, 2022, and supplemented the submittal on February 1, 2023, and August 28, 2023.
