The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 26 by Michael Martucci, Regional Administrator, Region 2.
Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is updating the regulatory materials incorporated by reference into the New York State Implementation Plan (SIP). The regulations affected by this action have been previously submitted by the New York Department of Environmental Conservation (NYDEC) and approved by the EPA in prior rulemakings.
