ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ISSUES RULE: AIR PLAN APPROVAL; NEW JERSEY; PERMITS AND CERTIFICATES FOR MINOR FACILITIES (AND MAJOR FACILITIES WITHOUT AN OPERATING PERMIT), AND AIR EMISSION CONTROL AND PERMITTING EXEMPTIONS

WASHINGTON, Feb. 28 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; New Jersey; Permits and Certificates for Minor Facilities (and Major Facilities Without an Operating Permit), and Air Emission Control and Permitting Exemptions.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 28 by Michael Martucci, Regional Administrator, Region 2.
