WASHINGTON, Nov. 28 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Montana; Regional Haze Plan for the Second Implementation Period.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 28 by Cyrus M. Western, Regional Administrator, Region 8.
