WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Montana: Infrastructure Requirements for the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 18 by Cyrus M. Western, Regional Administrator, Region 8.
