WASHINGTON, Sept. 5 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Missouri; Control of Sulfur Dioxide Emissions and Approval and Promulgation of State Plan (Negative Declaration) for Designated Facilities and Pollutants.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 5 by James Macy, Regional Administrator, Region 7.
