WASHINGTON, May 19 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Michigan; Attainment Plan for the Detroit 2010 Sulfur Dioxide Nonattainment Area.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 19 by Anne Vogel, Regional Administrator, Region 5.
