WASHINGTON, Jan. 8 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Kentucky; Emissions Inventory and Nonattainment New Source Review for the Henderson-Webster Sulfur Dioxide Nonattainment Area.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 8 by Kevin McOmber, Regional Administrator, Region 4.
