WASHINGTON, Sept. 5 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; ID; Regional Haze Plan for the Second Implementation Period.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 5 by Emma Pokon, Regional Administrator, Region 10.
