WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; IA; Regional Haze State Implementation Plan for the Second Implementation Period.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 5 by James Macy, Regional Administrator, Region 7.
