WASHINGTON, July 16 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Guam; Base Year Emissions Inventory for the 2010 1-Hour Sulfur Dioxide National Ambient Air Quality Standard for the Piti-Cabras Nonattainment Area.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 16 by Joshua F.W. Cook, Regional Administrator, Region IX.
