WASHINGTON, July 24 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Connecticut; Plan for Inclusion of a Consent Order and Removal of State Orders.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 24 by Mark Sanborn, Regional Administrator, EPA Region 1.
